- 12 weet bix
- 25 g cocoa powder
- 150 g brown sugar
- 200 g butter
- 45 g Desiccated Coconut
- 1 egg
- 250 g milk chocolate
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- 120 g chocolate freckles
Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Crush the weet-bix to a fine powder. Add cocoa powder, brown sugar, melted butter, desiccated coconut, and egg. Mix well.
Line your pan with parchment paper, and pour the batter in. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Melt the milk chocolate and coconut oil together. Pour this melted chocolate on top of the baked slice. Spread evenly and sprinkle chocolate freckles on top. Chill for 2 hours in the fridge, then cut up and enjoy!
