- 300 g cauliflower rice
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 Cup cream cheese
- 3 cups cheddar
- 1 teaspoon coconut aminos

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. On coconut oil, saute the diced onion, and add the lamb meat. Once it starts turning brown, add all the other ingredients except for the cheddar cheese. Mix well, and remove from heat.
