- 1 kg potato
- 150 g fresh cheese
- 6 yellow chillies
- 1 packing crackers
- Hard-boil eggs
Wash well all the ingredients. Cook the potatoes and eggs.
Remove the chillies seeds. Then, bring them to a boil and peel them.
Place into the blender the chillies, cheese, milk, crackers and oil until obtaining a smooth cream.
Serve the potatoes "a la huancaina" with hard-boil egg slices, lettuce and olives. Enjoy!
