1. Step

Whisk the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.

2. Step

Grate the peeled apples. Alternately add flour mixed with baking powder and grated apples to the whipped dough. In the end, add cranberries with nuts.

3. Step

Pour the mixture onto a greased and floured tray. Level the surface and bake in a preheated oven.

4. Step

Spread the jam on the baked, still warm dough. If we have thick jam, dilute it with water.

5. Step

Let's make the icing: melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler, mix until smooth. Drizzle the cake with the icing and let it set in the fridge. You can sprinkle the surface with nuts or coconut, according to your own taste. Enjoy your meal
