- 150 g bbq sauce
- 3 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper

In a blender add the plums, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce and a little water. Blend until smooth.
2. Step
Transfer the mixture to a saucepan. Cook the sauce over low heat and adjust the flavour with salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes until the sauce is smooth and thick.
3. Step
Serve the plum sauce with the dish of your choice. Enjoy!
