- 400 g spaghetti
- 400 g mushroom
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 glass white wine
- 250 ml heavy cream
- black pepper
In a frying pan, over low heat, place the onion and the finely chopped garlic cloves. Season with salt and pepper and stir frequently, while cooking for about 5 minutes.
Add the mushrooms. Add salt and cook for a further 5 minutes. Stir from time to time.
Add a glass of white wine. Turn up the heat a little and let it reduce for a further 5 minutes.
Add the cream and salt. Mix with all the ingredients. Leave to cook over low heat for a further 10 minutes.
In a saucepan, add a handful of salt to plenty of boiling water and cook the pasta.
When the spaghetti is "al dente", set aside a glass of the cooking water. Drain the remaining water from the pasta and add it to the mushroom sauce.
Add the cooking stock and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper. Mix well over medium heat.
