- 4 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese

- Provolone or Swiss cheese
- 6 slices ham

Place the milaneses in a baking pan with greaseproof paper. Bake them in a preheated oven at 350° F for 35 minutes- Then, turn them over and continue baking for 10 more minutes at 400° F. If you prefer you can fry them with plenty of oil until golden brown.
