First, wash your kale leaves thoroughly and pat them dry.

2. Step

Put the kale, garlic, grated Parmesan, pine nuts, and lemon juice in a food processor.

3. Step

Process until everything is finely chopped.

While the food processor is still running, slowly pour in the olive oil. Continue blending until the pesto reaches your desired consistency.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Your kale pesto is now ready for use! Just remember to store leftover pesto in an airtight container in the fridge to keep it fresh.
