- 2 spoons olive oil
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 pcs garlic
- 400 g Tomato puree
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 A piece of chili pepper
- 1 a handful Fresh herbs (basil, parsley)
Spaghetti
- 400 g spaghetti
- 2 spoons salt

1. Step
Fry the finely chopped onion and garlic in olive oil until golden.
2. Step
Add tomato puree and season with salt and pepper. Add a chili pepper for spiciness.
3. Step
Let the sauce simmer for a while to blend all the flavors.
4. Step
In the meantime, cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
5. Step
Strain the cooked spaghetti and mix it with the sauce.
6. Step
And finally, sprinkle with fresh herbs.
