- 2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 11⁄2 cups water
- 8 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves nutmeg
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper seeds
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Peppercorns
- 12 egg
Boil the eggs in water, salt and vinegar for 16 minutes. Peel and set aside.
Infuse the spices with vinegar and water.
Put the eggs in a bowl and cover with the liquid. Keep them in the fridge for a week. After this time, they will be ready to eat. They can be kept for up to two years.
