Sautéed snow peas recipe
Snow peas are tasty and healthy. Learn here how to make them with this easy and delicious sautéed recipe.

- 500 g snow peas
- 1 onion
- 5 cloves garlic
Clean the snow peas, removing the lateral threads. Wash well and set aside.
Put some oil in a frying pan and brown five cloves of garlic. Then remove them and fry the chopped onion in the same oil until golden brown.
Add the snow peas and salt. Stir to cook them.
Place a lid with a hole in it and cook until they are soft.
Remove and serve.
