How to prepare your own roasted squash! Perfect for soups, salads, or even a simple evening snack.

- 1 medium butternut squash
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 11⁄2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 tsp Curry
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut off the ends of the squash, peel, and remove seeds. Cut up into cubes.
Mix in a bowl with avocado oil, maple syrup, salt, pepper, and curry (or any other seasoning of your choice). Put on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Toss around a bit in the middle of the baking time. Enjoy!
