- 1 tsp oregano
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 lemons

- white wine vinegar
Peel and cut the potatoes. Add salt and vinegar to boiling water. Then add the potatoes, and cook for 10 minutes.
Mix lemon juice, oil, salt, black pepper, oregano, and minced garlic in a bowl. Add the cooked potatoes and mix.
Move the potatoes to a tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes, then cover them and bake for 30 more minutes. Serve with tzatziki sauce and enjoy!
