- 1⁄4 cup parsley
- 11⁄2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- chicken bouillon powder
- all purpose seasoning
- Brioche Buns
- sauce of choice
- cheese of choice
- vegetable toppings of choice

To the ground turkey, add the Boursin cheese, sour cream, grated onion, finely chopped parsley, Worcestershire sauce, garlic paste, chicken bouillon powder, and all-purpose seasoning. Mix with your hands.

To bind together, add one beaten egg, and then slowly incorporate bread crumbs as well. Continue working the meat with your hands until it holds together. Then put into fridge for at least 30 minutes.
