- 6 eggs
- 125 g tuna
- 50 g poached onion
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 12 Olives
Put a saucepan on the heat with plenty of water and add the eggs. Leave to cook for about 10 minutes.
Peel the eggs and cut them in half and separate the yolks from the whites. Reserve both.
Add the yolks, the tuna and the poached onion to a blender. Blend until obtaining a paste.
Fill a piping bag with the egg yolk mixture. Fill the egg whites with the mixture and decorate with a little mayonnaise on top.
Serve the tuna and mayonnaise deviled eggs on a bed of chopped oak leaves and garnish with olives.
