Roast pork with loin meat is a perfect dish in any season of the year. The meat is juicy and full of flavour thanks to the sauce in which it is marinated and cooked. The secrets to having the best pork roast are to let the meat soak in the flavour.
- 1 kg pork loin. tablespoon of paprika. tbsp oregano. teaspoon garlic powder.
- 1⁄2 tsp salt. dash of oil.,
Put the oil in a bowl.
Add the salt, oregano, and garlic powder.
Add paprika and stir well to obtain a uniform liquid.
Coat the pork loin well with this liquid.
Cover and set aside in the fridge to absorb the flavour of the previous mixture. The suggested minimum time is two hours, but it is better to leave it overnight in the fridge.
Preheat the oven to 180 Cº and bake for 25 minutes.
Open the oven and turn the meat over. Cook for a further 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven, cut the roast pork into slices or fillets, serve, and enjoy.
