- 6 eggs
- 11⁄2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 cup chopped Salami
- 1⁄4 cup chopped Pickled cucumbers
- 1⁄4 tsp paprika
- Dry chives or dry parsley
Add carefully 6 eggs to a pot and place it on the stove. Add water, covering the eggs. Put in medium-high flame. When is boiling, cover the pot and cook on low heat for 12 minutes.
Remove from heat and add eggs to a container with ice. Let it cool for 15 minutes.
Remove the shell of each egg.
Cut the eggs in halves. Then, remove the yolks and set them aside.
Mix the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salami, pickled cucumbers, paprika, salt, pepper and dry chives.
Fill the whites with the yolk mixture.
Decorate with dry chives, paprika and fresh parsley. Enjoy!
