  • 50 g coriander Added to
  • 2 Cucumbers Added to

1. Step

Cut the Chinese chives and the cleaned cucumber into thin sticks. Clean the bean sprouts and all the vegetables very well. Separate the lettuce leaves, mint and coriander.

Hydrate the rice paper in water and spread it on a flat surface. Place lettuce, mint, chopped chives and coriander, cucumber, bean sprouts, rice noodles, bacon and prawns.

6. Step

Roll up halfway and fold both sides inwards, place a stalk of Chinese chives and continue to roll up tightly until the roll is closed.
