- crayfish
- Thickener
- Periwinkle
- Dry fish
- Red oil or palm oil
- beef
- Beef stripe
- Stockfish
- mushroom
- stock cube

1. Step
Wash the meat, meat stripe and stock fish.
2. Step
Put them all in a pot and season with onion, stock cubes and salt. Cook until the meat gets tender.
3. Step
Get the vegetables ready and put them aside
4. Step
Mix the palm oil with the meat and add the thickener. Stir and leave to cook for 3 minutes. Mix well all the ingredients.
5. Step
Cover the saucepan and cook for 2 minutes.
6. Step
Add the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
7. Step
Serve with rice, semolina or your favourite side dish.
