- 11⁄2 kg tomatoes
- 3 apples
- 1⁄3 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups passionfruit pulp
- 4 cups sugar
Peel and chop the tomatoes. Peel the apples and remove the core. Bring the apples and tomatoes to a simmer for 20 minutes on low heat. Once soft, puree them and let simmer for another 5 minutes. Add passionfruit, lemon fruit, and sugar, mix well and let simmer for 30 minutes. Puree some more to smooth the jam. Once the color has changed, remove from heat and let cool. Pour the jam into jars and seal tightly. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 months.
