Homemade summer sushi wrap recipe!

- 1 sheet Nori seaweed
- 50 g sushi rice
- 1 can crab meat
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sushi Soy Sauce
- 1⁄2 cup lettuce
- 5 slices tomato
- 6 pitted olives
Cook the sushi rice.
Cut the tomato into slices.
Prepare the lettuce, cutting it into medium-sized pieces.
Cut the olives in half.
Mix the mayonnaise with the sushi soy sauce.
Add this mixture to the crab meat and stir until a smooth paste is formed.
Place the nori seaweed on the sushi mat.
Add a layer of sushi rice.
Add the rest of the ingredients on top of the rice, placing them carefully.
Roll everything up as if it were a large piece of sushi.
Wrap with a sheet of baking paper.
Cut it in half and it is ready to eat.
