- 450 g chopped rhubarb
- 45 g sugar
- 1 tablespoon starch
- cardamom or cinnamon
Cut the rhubarb into pieces about 1 cm thick.
Put the rhubarb in a mould, sprinkle with sugar and starch and mix together.
Mix the ingredients for the dough. The dough should form a sticky mass.
Place the dough in small pieces on the fillings.
Bake for 20 minutes at 225° C
Serve either with any vanilla sauce, unsweetened whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
