- 400 g spaghetti
- 1.3 kg clams
- 650 ml tomato sauce
- parsley topping
- 2 cloves garlic
- Chilli pepper
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
Put the oil in a frying pan, add a clove of garlic and when it is golden brown, put in the tomato sauce and cook for 15 minutes.
Put a drizzle of oil in a large frying pan, add the garlic and parsley stalks, heat the pan and leaving it on a high flame put the clams in, cover and after 2 minutes start removing those that open
Once they have all been removed, strain the liquid and add it to the tomato sauce.
Transfer the pasta to the tomato sauce 2 minutes before the end of cooking and let it finish cooking in the tomato sauce diluted with the liquid from the clams
Turn off the heat. Add the mostly shelled clams, parsley, and chilli. Stir and eat immediately
