- 650 g fish fillet
- 1⁄2 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1⁄2 tsp salt
- 1⁄4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 11⁄2 tsp salt
- 1⁄2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 cup cold beer
Mix the flour, salt, and black pepper for the fish. Wrap the fillets in it. In another bowl, mix all the ingredients for the batter. Wrap the flour-covered fillets in this too.
Fry the fillets at 150 degrees Celsius for 7 minutes.
Sprinkle with salt and serve with chips and tartar sauce. Enjoy!
