- 1 dozen oysters
- 12 sl ham
- 1⁄4 cup tomato sauce
- 1⁄2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1⁄4 tsp tabasco
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
- 150 g coarse salt
Clean the oysters. In a tray sprinkle coarse salt. Place the oysters on it.
Mix tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco and chopped parsley and spoon half a tablespoon of the mixture on each oyster.
Place the prosciutto slices onto each oyster.
Cook under the grill for 2 minutes and enjoy!
