This oreo cheesecake recipe is simple! With just a few ingredients, you can easily prepare your favourite dessert with the delicious oreo biscuits that everyone loves.
Ingredients
Cake
- 375 g mascarpone or cream cheese
- 300 ml whipped cream
- 200 g greek yoghurt
- 150 g sugar
- 1 lemon
- 5 letters neutral gelatine
- 2 packs oreo biscuits
- 100 g butter
Decoration
- 50 g bittersweet chocolate

Crush two packets of Oreo biscuits together with the melted butter.

Pour the juice of one lemon into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat, drain the gelatine and add it to the juice. Stir until completely dissolved and beat at medium speed until smooth.
