- 1 lemon
- 5 sheets neutral gelatine
- 2 packs oreo biscuits
- 100 g butter

Crush two packets of Oreo biscuits together with the melted butter.
Pour the crushed biscuit into a removable mould lined with parchment paper. Crush the biscuit and set aside in the fridge.
Whip the whipping cream with sugar.
Add the cream cheese, natural Greek yoghurt, the zest of one lemon and sugar.
Soak 5 sheets of neutral gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes.
Pour the juice of one lemon into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat, drain the gelatine and add it to the juice. Stir until completely dissolved and beat at medium speed until smooth.
Pour the mixture evenly into the mould and set aside in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
Melt the chocolate and put it in a piping bag. Draw a spider's web on baking paper. Set aside in the fridge to harden.
Unmould and remove the baking paper from the cake. Then place it on the presentation plate.
