- 600 ml thickened cream
- 1⁄4 cup icing sugar
- 1 packet chocolate ripple biscuits
Pour cream into a bowl. Add icing sugar and liquor and beat until thickened.
Spread a layer of cream on the base of a springform cake baking pan.
Spread each biscuit with cream and sandwich them together vertically around the outside of the ring.
Remove the springform tin and spread the outside of the ring of the biscuits with cream. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Decorate with fresh figs, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries. Enjoy!
