- 3 zucchini
- 50 g Monterrey cheese shredded
- 1⁄2 chopped onion
- 2 tablespoon butter
Boil zucchini for 18 minutes. Cut in half and remove the pulp.
Preheat a pan over medium heat and melt butter.
Add onion and sauté, add the turkey and mix. Add the pulp, salt and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes and mix.
Spread some butter in a baking pan, place the zucchini and fill it with the mix. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts. Enjoy!
