- 2 eggplant
- 2 onion
- 2 tomato
- 2 paprika
- 2 zucchini
- 250 g cheese
- black pepper
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cut the vegetables into wide slices, brush with oil and season with salt and pepper. Place on the electric grill until cooked and grilled. Place a slice of wholemeal bread on the grill.
Lay the vegetables on top of each other to form a tower, interspersed with slices of cheese. Place a skewer stick.
