Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, honey, orange juice, Dijon mustard, ground cinnamon, and ground cloves. Bring it to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Step 2: Simmer the mixture for about 10 minutes, until it thickens to a syrupy consistency.
Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
Place your ham in a roasting pan. Brush your ham generously with half of the glaze, ensuring to get in all the cracks and crevices.
Bake the ham in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, remove the ham from the oven and brush it with the remaining glaze. Then return the ham to the oven and bake it for another 30 minutes or until the ham is tender and the glaze is caramelized.
Allow the ham to rest for 10 to 15 minutes before carving to allow the glaze to seep in.
