Chocolate Fitness Bars

These bars are full of healthy ingredients, are tasty and easy to prepare. Perfect for a quick breakfast or a snack on the go.

Ingredients

  • 200 g almond flour Added to
  • 100 g dates Added to
  • 2 ts cocoa Added to
  • 50 ml Between Added to

Chocolate topping

  • 150 g dark chocolate Added to
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil Added to

Directions

1. Step

Blend the dates in a blender until they reach a paste-like consistency.

2. Step

Add almond flour, cocoa, honey and salt, and mix until everything combines into a uniform mass.

3. Step

Transfer the dough to a greased mold and press down to create an even layer.

4. Step

Melt the chocolate with coconut oil over moderate heat.

5. Step

Pour melted chocolate over the layer of mass.

6. Step

Place the sticks in the fridge for 2 hours to set.

7. Step

After cooling, cut into sticks and serve.
