Bobby Burns Cocktail
For this classic Bobby Burns cocktail recipe, adapted from The Essential Cocktail, Scotch whisky is stirred with vermouth and Bénédictine over ice.
- 2 ounce good-quality blended scotch whisky
- 3⁄4 ounce Sweet Vermouth
- 1⁄2 ounce bénédictine
- lemon twist
Add the Scotch, vermouth, and Bénédictine to a mixing glass with ice. Stir, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with the lemon twist and serve.
