1. Step

Wash the potatoes, we do not need to peel them, we leave them in the skin for better taste. Cut them into even pieces and put them in a baking dish. Add the grated garlic cloves, bay leaf, salt and pepper and pour over the oil.

2. Step

Place the baking dish with the potatoes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for about 20 - 25 minutes.

3. Step

Meanwhile, prepare the salmon. Clean the fish fillet, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice. Place it in a baking dish with the potatoes and bake for about 20 minutes more.

4. Step

Take the finished tasty and healthy lunch out of the oven and serve sprinkled with parsley.
