- 16 oz Marshmallow Fluff
- 6 graham crackers
- 2 pints Vanilla ice cream
- 4 oz bittersweet chocolate
- 1⁄2 oz vegetable oil
Heat the broiler. Line a baking sheet with parchment and butter it. Spoon the Fluff onto the parchment. Pat out the Fluff into a thin layer that covers the baking sheet.
Place the Fluff under the broiler and toast it. Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Then, turn in the sides of the Fluff, place it under the broiler the untoasted parts and toast all over, again. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
Put the graham crackers in a plastic bag and pound the crackers into coarse crumbs. Spread half of them in the base of a baking dish.
Set out the ice cream for 10 minutes. Place it in the bowl of a mixer and mash it. Add the toasted Fluff and mix until just blended.
Scrape into the baking dish and freeze.
To serve, spread the remaining graham cracker crumbs on top of the semifreddo and drizzle some melted chocolate. Enjoy!
