Bulgogi is a typical dish of Korean cuisine. With this easy recipe, learn how to make authentic and crispy bulgogi.
- 500 g beef
- 3 pcs onion
- 4 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 tablespoon Mirim or rice wine
- 2 tablespoon corn syrup
- 2 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 3 tablespoon sesame oil
- ground pepper
- Toasted sesame seeds
Cut the meats into thin strips.
Slice the onion very thinly.
In a bowl mix soy sauce, sugar, mirim, corn syrup, chopped garlic, ground pepper and sesame oil. Mix well. Add the meat to the bowl of sauce. Mix well. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes.
Add the marinated meat to the frying pan and leave on medium heat. Leave meat untouched until juices and sauce come out.
Once a little of the juices come out, join the meat in the middle to absorb all the juices. Then, burn with a blowtorch or torch for the flavour of the fire.
