- black pepper
- olive oil
- 2 g shoulders of lamb of each
- 3 potato
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
Put the lamb shoulder on a baking sheet with water, salt, black pepper and olive oil. Bake at 230° for 35 minutes.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick slices.
Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into slices.
Peel the onion and cut it into thin strips. Reserve all the garnish.
On the baking sheet that was used to bake the lamb put the potatoes, garlic, onion, black pepper and salt.
Turn the lamb upside down over the garnish and add a glass of water, salt, pepper and oil. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
