- 1 frozen banana
- 150 g frozen berries
- 250 ml milk
- 2 tablespoon peanut butter
- fresh berries
- oat flakes
- 1 leaf fresh mint
Remove the skin from the banana and cut it into slices.
In a blender jar, add the milk, peanut butter, banana and berries. Blend with the blender until a creamy texture is obtained.
