Tasty non-alcoholic Christmas Punch

The non-alcoholic Christmas Punch recipe I am sharing with you is a very Mexican and extremely refreshing version, perfect to liven up family gatherings. It is a wonderful explosion of tropical flavors thanks to its fruits and spices, which make it stand out even without the presence of alcohol. It is also an excellent choice for children and for those who do not drink alcohol. The aromas it gives off when prepared fill the house with a very festive and joyful Christmas spirit.

Directions

60 min.
1. Step

In a large pot, add the water and the cinnamon stick. Let it boil over medium heat for about 10 minutes so that the water is well impregnated with its flavor.

2. Step

Once the water is boiling, it is time to add the apple, pear and pineapple. I always recommend cutting the fruits into small pieces so that they release their flavor better and are easier to handle when serving.

3. Step

Next, add the raisins. Remember that the raisins should be integrated at this time and not before, because they tend to absorb a lot of water and can be inseparable as sweet touches in the punch.

4. Step

Let everything cook for about 20 minutes so that the fruits release all their juices and the punch is impregnated with their flavors.

5. Step

Then add the guavas and sugar. The amount of sugar can vary depending on how sweet you like your punch. Do not worry if at first it seems that the sugar does not dissolve well, the temperature and stirring will dissolve it completely.

6. Step

Finally, add the orange juice and let the punch rest for about 10 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy.

Pine Cone Punch

Inspired by the idea of making a camping cocktail, we thought it’d be novel to use a little pine liqueur to bring the taste of the great outdoors to the canteen. This recipe is scaled to fit into a canteen, and serves four.
