- 2 Cup chopped watercress and/or arugula
- 1⁄2 Cup blue cheese-yogurt dressing, plus more for passing
- 1 Cup halved cherry tomatoes
- leftover grilled steak, thinly sliced
- chopped chives, for garnish
- crumbled blue cheese, for garnish
