Rotini pasta Mexican style recipe

- 200 g Rotini Pasta
- 4 chipotle chillies
- 1⁄2 unsweetened Greek Yoghurt
- 1 clove garlic
- 11⁄2 cup milk
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.
For the sauce, blend the unsweetened Greek yoghurt, milk, garlic and chipotle chilli. Season with salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
Cook sauce for 5 to 8 minutes over medium heat or until slightly thickened.
Add the cooked and drained pasta. Mix well until everything is well coated and incorporated.
Serve alone or serve with chicken, shrimp or whatever you like.
