Marinade for Pork Neck

A delicate but aromatic marinade that will give your pork neck a unique taste. Perfect for grilling as well as for baking in the oven. After such a treatment, the meat becomes extremely juicy and melts in your mouth.

1. Step

We start by preparing the marinade. To do this, we peel the garlic cloves and press them through a crusher into a bowl.

2. Step

We add salt, pepper, sweet and harsh paprika. Thoroughly mix everything.

3. Step

Then we add honey and oil to the bowl. We mix everything thoroughly again.

4. Step

Finally, we pour beer into our marinade. We mix everything thoroughly.

5. Step

We transfer the neck to a bowl with marinade and thoroughly coat it on each side. Then we cover the bowl and put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, ideally for the whole night.

6. Step

After such a treatment, the neck will be ready to bake or grill. Enjoy your meal!
