- 2 chicken breast
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 28 oz tomato passata
- 7 oz heavy cream
- 4 oz vodka
- 1⁄2 sweet onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- Pecorino cheese
- extra virgin olive oil
In a saucepan, add a dash of olive oil. Add the chicken and sauté for a few minutes.
Add the garlic and the onion. Cook for three minutes.
At low heat, pour the vodka, Then, raise the flame and cook until the alcohol evaporates.
