Homemade Corn nuts or Peruvian Canchita recipe

- 500 g sweet corn
- 350 ml vegetable oil
Place a saucepan and add the vegetable oil and cover.
Rinse the corn in a colander and set it aside. Wipe with a paper towel to finish drying.
When the oil is completely hot, add the corn, stir and cover.
Once the corn has browned and popped completely, turn off the cooker.
Add salt to taste with the hot roasted corn, stir well and leave to cool.
Put a bowl with a paper towel and place the corn in it to remove the excess oil. Enjoy!
