Homemade chicken rice bowl recipe

- 2 chicken breast
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup cooked black beans
- 2 tomato
- 2 avocados
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1⁄4 onion
- 2 lemons
- black pepper
Fillet the chicken breasts. Add salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin to each side of the fillets. Chop all ingredients, and cut the lemons in half.
In a deep bowl combine the ingredients, add salt and squeeze the lemons. Mix well until the ingredients are fully integrated.
Place the chicken and the chopped ingredients in a plastic bag, mix well, remove the air from the bag and let it marinate for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat a frying pan over medium-high heat, add oil, let it heat for 30 seconds, spread it around the pan and add the chicken pieces. Cover with a lid and cook for four minutes on each side.
Cut into strips the cooked chicken.
In a bowl, add the rice, beans and tomato and onion garnish.
Place the chicken strips on top of the ingredients and top with the avocado strips. Enjoy
