- 2 red bell peppers
- 150 g feta cheese
- 70 ml olive oil
- 50 ml apple cider vinegar
- Chilli flakes or chilli powder
- 2 cloves garlic
- lemon juice
Place the red bell peppers in the oven and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
Add the crumbled feta cheese, red bell peppers, garlic cloves, chilli flakes or chilli powder, pepper, olive oil, apple cider vinegar and the juice of half a squeezed lemon into a food processor.
Turn on the food processor and allow the dip to blend well.
Serve in a bowl and serve with pita bread, tortillas, bread or cucumber.
