First, I peel the garlic cloves and press them through a garlic press into a bowl.
2. Step
I add oil, salt to taste (I add about half a teaspoon), some ground black pepper and ground paprika to the garlic.
3. Step
Finally, I add lemon juice, which not only conditions the meat for grilling, but also gives it a light and fresh flavor.
4. Step
I mix everything and let the marinade stand for a few minutes.
