Egg Soup

Traditional egg soup that is quick to prepare and we all love it.

  • 2 pcs Eggs Added to
  • 2 ts Scratch off Added to
  • 2 tablespoon special fine flour Added to
  • 2 tablespoon butter Added to
  • 2 pcs potato Added to
  • 1 ts Red pepper ground Added to
  • salt and pepper Added to

Directions

30 min.
1. Step

Roast a little caraway on a dry pan and then add butter.

2. Step

Sprinkle everything with ground paprika, flour and prepare a roux.

3. Step

Gradually pour in cold water and stir the mixture with a whisk and cook for a while.

4. Step

Add water as needed and add chopped potatoes, salt, pepper.

5. Step

Finally, in the bowl, we whisk the eggs and pour them into the soup while continuously stirring.
