- 11⁄2 lb boneless and skinless chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoon oil avocado or olive
- 2 tablespoon honey pure maple syrup or brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic
- 1⁄2 tsp curry powder
- 1⁄2 tsp coriander for decoration
- 1 tsp salt
- 1⁄4 tsp black pepper
Add the oil, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, mustard, garlic, curry powder, coriander, salt, and pepper to a large bowl. Whisk until well combined.
Place the chicken thighs in the bowl and toss until they’re completely coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
Preheat a 6-quart air fryer to 380 degrees for at least 3 minutes. Place the chicken thighs in a single layer and cook for 14-15 minutes.
Flip the thighs halfway through cooking and brush marinade on top.
