- 10 radishes
- 300 g crystal sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 15 lemons
Wash the radish well and remove the leaves, the tips and all the black bits.
Chop into thin slices, add the sugar and mix well, then add the salt and finally the lemons.
Integrate everything and in a glass jar place all the mixture, cover it very well and refrigerate. Leave it to stand for 24 hours so that it is ready. It can last several months in the refrigerator well covered.
