Easy Caramilk Mousse Cake Recipe
Prepare this tasty mousse cake, with caramilk chocolate filling!

- 250 g butternut snap biscuits
- 100 g melted butter
- 360 g caramilk chocolate
- 600 ml heavy cream
Crumble the biscuits. Add melted butter and combine well. Pour into a baking tin lined with baking paper. Refrigerate.
Melt the caramilk. Whisk the cream till thick, and add to the melted chocolate. Pour over the biscuit base, and refrigerate for an hour. Serve with whipped cream and enjoy!
